| Comments: | is circular walk offered many varied views from the elevated vantage points above Chorley. On route a bird, thought to be a Rhea, was seen. Also, a deer was reported to have been sighted. The latter part of the walk was by way of the Leeds/ Liverpool Canal where a small number of pleasure craft were in transit. The Red Cat offered mainly Italian food and the service was good. A smaller group took part in an easier “Three Mile” walk in a similar area. |
