| Comments: | The walk took the group alongside the River Ribble and Skirden and Kirk Becks to reach Bolton by Bowland. The return journey was by a loop through Bolton park and then by retracing the path taken earlier to return to Sawely and the Spread Eagle where approximately twenty four people enjoyed a meal in the function suite. By the time the meal was over the rain had been replaced by sunshine |
