Weather:	A sunny morning, stayed clear all of the way.
Comments:	17 walkers set out from the car park in Dunsop Bridge, we followed Langden Brook all the way out to Langden Intake where we crossed to Sykes Farm. Further along we stopped at the foot of Rams Clough and had a coffee break. After coffee we started to climb a steep ascent but before long we were levelling out at the point of Trough House where we crossed a Ford. Onwards out and up to open moorland with the summit of Whin Fell looming in the distance. We eventually gained the highest point on the walk where we stopped for our lunch break. After refreshments we started our descent on Ouster Rake, a narrow path leading down off the Fell on a line to eventually reach Brennand Farm. At the Farm we turned right to follow a fine limestone path and at a junction just past Lower Brennand Farm we turned right to take us down to the waterworks operations on the river Dunsop. We followed the river roadway to a bridge crossing and then took a pathway leading back into Dunsop Bridge. A great day out with good company.
