Despite the poor weather forecast, 28
walkers set off in dull but dry weather to walk approx. 1.5 miles
north along the Coastal path before turning inland to Pilling Lane.
After passing Tongues Farm we turned west to continue to Little
Tongues & Willow farm before passing by some bungalows to cross the
B5270 in the direction of Parrox Hall. After joining the path of the
disused railway line the sun came out as we continued over the golf
course back to Knott End. |
