Abbey Village. A circular walk round the
Roddlesworth Reservoirs, walking along the S.W. side of the
reservoirs as far as Tockholes Plantation No.3 then returning along
the Witton Weavers' Way on the N.E. side of the reservoirs. |

The walk was mainly on tracks and ideal
for the weather. The rivers were very full and the autumn colours
made for a very attractive walk. A short extension to the walk could
include a visit to Ryal Fold Visitor Centre. |
