Seventeen people took part in the walk.
There were a number of stiles and footbridges but none proved
difficult. Being spring, there were many young lambs and three
Llamas, (or were they Alpacas?) that took interest as the group
passed by. Officially footpath numbers 12, 13, and a definitive path
(Ribchester) are closed but this did not cause a problem. Part of an
embankment had collapsed but the path was useable with care. The
Chicken Lady at Kellet’s Farm was still tending her brood but was
wearing a different outfit to the last visit. Passing through Elm
House it could be seen that three errant ramblers had been turned to
stone. The food at the Corporation Arms was delicious. Thank you
