Comments:	Train from Freshfield to Waterloo then pleasant varied linear walk, along promenade, then paths through woodland , beach, scrub, through NT nature reserve arriving back at Freshfield. 19 bravely endured the weather, though 6 cut off short (after 8 miles) to go to Formby Station.
