An interesting walk taking in a wind
farm, The Hushings, three reservoirs, moorland and a deep gulley.
Whilst the rain was not to heavy the fells were extremely wet. This
could well be the wettest underfoot walk of 2012. ( Hushing is the
removal of top soil by rushing water to reveal the limestone below.)
10 people braved the elements but sadly no pictures to prove it. |
