17 people set off up Tithe Barn Hill to
join the Lancashire Coastal Path to Crook Farm & then south to
Cockersand Abbey where we took a break & learned all about the Abbey
from a notice board on the door. The route then turned inland along
a single-track road & up the drive to Clarkson’s farm. We crossed
several fields to Kendal Hill & on to towards Brows Bridge where we
joined the canal back to the marina where many boats were moored. |
