| Comments: | Wet to start off, and becoming very misty as we climbed up Blease Fell. Reaching Knowe Crags we could see the edge of the ridge, but no further. This remained with us all the way to the old trig point on Blencathra. It did suddenly start clearing and we did see Scales Tarn and Sharp Edge before we set off to cross Mungrisdale Common with improving weather as we dropped down to the F.B. over the Glenderaterra Beck and the return along the side of the valley back to the car park. | ||
